Pallini Raspicello

Made by the Pallini family in Abruzzo from locally picked wild raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants. The fruit gives the liqueur its deep raspberry-red color, so there is no need for anything added.

Wonderfully aromatic, showing raspberry tart on the nose. Clean and fruity on the palate with intense cooked raspberry, raspberry tart filling and fresh blueberry, sweetness balanced by the fruit's own tartness. Rich enough to stand in for a creme de framboise in most recipes.
