About Difford’s Guide
Difford’s Guide has been publishing since 1997 and online since 2004, making it one of the oldest cocktail websites still running, and one of the most popular. Difford’s Guide is used every day by bartenders, bar owners and home enthusiasts in almost every country in the world, and has become the reference the industry itself turns to.
The website has thousands of cocktail recipes, each made personally by Simon Difford, and written up in detail, alongside a spirits encyclopedia covering the producers, categories and history behind what goes in the glass.
Beyond the website, we publish our own cocktail book and produce a small range of Difford’s products, including the Difford’s Easy Jigger; a nifty measuring jigger designed to be both accurate and easy to use and we think the only jigger you’ll ever need!
From the UK to the USA
In the UK we run both a thriving online shop and a physical store. Now it’s time to hit the USA!
To make that happen we have partnered with Fulproof. Fulproof is a direct-to-consumer fulfillment platform for spirits and wine, with over a decade of shipping experience. It handles the state-by-state compliance, age verification and licensed-carrier requirements involved in shipping alcohol in the US, covering 48 states. Orders usually leave the warehouse within a day.
