Who sells and ships your order
Difford's Shop USA does not hold a US alcohol licence. Orders placed here are fulfilled by an independent, licensed US retailer, which is the seller of record for your purchase. 

Where your order can be shipped
Alcohol shipping in the United States is governed state by state, and the rules differ by category. If you have any questions about product availability or coverage to your state, please reach out to customerservice@fulproof.io and include a link to the product you're interested in. 

Age on delivery
You must be 21 or over to order. Every delivery requires an adult signature, and the carrier will ask for photo ID. Packages cannot be left unattended, so please choose an address where someone over 21 can sign during the day.

Delivery times
Orders typically ship within 2 business days, pending product availability. Weather, carrier delays and state regulatory checks can add time. You'll get tracking by email once your order is on its way.

If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive
Please contact customerservice@fulproof.io within 14 days. Alcoholic beverages typically can't be returned, which is a legal restriction rather than a shop policy.
