Luxardo Del Santo Liqueur

Known at home as Liquore Sant'Antonio, after the patron saint of Padua. Luxardo build it from infusions of herbs and roots including achillea moscata, mace, galangal, cinnamon, clove and aromatic calamus.

Pale green, herbal and complex, showing rosemary, genepy, basil and mint with an assertive peppery lick of alcohol, and finishing on more rosemary and minty freshness. At 40% it makes an approachable stand-in for Chartreuse, in cocktails or neat after dinner.
