Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

Matured for approximately eight years, this sherry spends half its aging beneath a layer of flor yeast and the other half exposed to oxygen, all within the Bodega Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera.

Taste guide: light-bodied and dry, crisp and savory, toasted hazelnut and notes of raisins.

How to serve: serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Enjoy with artichokes, mature cheese, nuts, olives, mushroom risottos or very spicy dishes.
