Ketel One Vodka

A Dutch wheat vodka made by the Nolet family at their Schiedam distillery, founded in 1691 and named for the original copper pot still, Distilleerketel #1. Column-distilled wheat spirit is married with a portion finished in copper pot stills, then rested and charcoal-filtered for a silky finish. Clean and mineral, showing wet flint and white pepper over faint fennel, citrus and sweet licorice. A benchmark Martini vodka.
