Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose

Ketel One vodka infused with botanicals and redistilled in a copper pot still, then infused with grapefruit and rose essences. The grapefruit oils are cold-pressed from the peel at ambient temperature; the rose is Rosa damascena from Bulgaria, steam-distilled from the petals.

Pungent just-squeezed pink grapefruit on the nose with faint rose water. The rose shows more clearly on the palate, alongside zesty, slightly sour pink grapefruit, and it finishes long and zesty. Serve it long over ice with soda and a wedge of grapefruit.
