Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint

Ketel One vodka infused with botanicals, redistilled in a copper pot still, then infused again with fruit and botanical essences. Cucumber is drawn out by hydro-distillation; the mint comes from Morocco.

Cucumber leads on the nose, more pungent than the relatively subtle mint. On the palate cucumber holds sway at first, then mint emerges and grows, with a light white-pepper spice behind it. At 30% it sits below vodka strength, and it is built to be served long over ice with soda water.
