Hayman's Old Tom Gin

A recreation of a Hayman family recipe from the 1860s, made with the same ten botanicals as their London Dry but with greater botanical intensity and a touch of sugar. Juniper-led and clean, showing piney juniper, orange zest and licorice, gently sweet on the palate and sweeter on the finish. Just off-dry and silky; ideal for a Tom Collins or a Martinez.
