Hayman's London Dry Gin

A classic London Dry from the Hayman family, distilled with ten botanicals, juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica, orris, cassia, licorice and Spanish orange and lemon peel, steeped in the pot still for a full day before distillation. Showing crystallized lemon and orange zest over camphor-rich juniper, with a rooty, earthy, bone-dry finish. A proper juniper-led gin for a classic G&T or Martini.
