Giffard Non-Alcoholic Elderflower

Giffard borrow the shrub technique for their alcohol-free range, macerating fruit and flowers in wine vinegar rather than spirit. Here it is hand-picked elderflowers steeped in white wine vinegar.

Golden yellow, with powerful floral and exotic scents of lychee and saffron. Lychee, elderflower and rose petal on the palate, held together by a touch of white wine vinegar acidity, which is what gives an alcohol-free drink the backbone it usually lacks. No need to refrigerate; keep it cool, dark and dry, and use it within a few months of opening.
