Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters

Lemon peel oil and lemongrass, from the Rochester house that has been in the Fee family since 1863.

Intense lemon zest and lemongrass, tart rather than bitter, over a glycerin base. Fee Brothers point it at a vodka or gin Martini, and it does good work in any sour that wants more citrus lift than juice alone provides.
