Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur

Made from fresh passion fruit grown at Majagual in the Dominican Republic, fortified with cane spirit and sweetened with cane sugar, with no artificial colors or flavors. Chinola have been at it since 2014, and call theirs the first vine-to-bottle fresh fruit liqueur that is shelf stable.

A natural, tropical nose of fresh passion fruit, citrus, vanilla and cedar. Deep and rich on the palate, sweet and tangy, finishing long on the fruit's own acidity. Wine Enthusiast gave it 98 points in 2023, their highest score for a liqueur in seven years. Made for a Porn Star Martini, and very good in a Margarita or a Daiquiri.
