A single-variety Peruvian pisco from BarSol, distilled from 100% Quebranta grapes grown in the Ica Valley and taken to bottle proof with no water added. Crystal clear, showing pear, hay and green grape over a biscuity, peppery note. The classic base for a Pisco Sour.
