Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur

The bottle that brought the Aviation back. A pure violette, with no vanilla or fruit added to soften it.

Made by Destillerie Purkhart in Upper Austria, family run since 1932, by infusing Queen Charlotte and March violets from the Alps in Austrian grape eau de vie, to a recipe the house says is three generations old.

Essential in an Aviation and a Blue Moon, and lovely with dry or sweet sparkling wine.
