Pallini Peachcello

A liqueur that began with Virgilio Pallini Sr's love of white peaches, which his wife used to preserve in alcohol so the family could enjoy them out of season. Pallini have been distilling since 1875 and are the only distillery in Rome.

Amber yellow, with a pungent nose of peach jam, fresh peach skin and citrus. Cooked peach and fresh peach on the palate, cut through by a tart citric acidity that keeps it from cloying, and a long finish. Traditionally mixed with sparkling wine, which makes a very good Bellini.
