Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec

One of the few triple secs actually obtained by distillation rather than infusion, and made by Luxardo to specifications dating to the first half of the nineteenth century.

Dried peels of three citrus fruits go into the still, curacao bitter orange from the Dutch Antilles, sweet oranges and mandarins, along with dried orange blossom, pennyroyal and vervain. Heads and tails are cut away and the heart redistilled, then filtered, diluted and sweetened. Built for a Margarita, a Cosmopolitan or a Sidecar.
