Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry

This dry oloroso, unsweetened prior to bottling, undergoes 12 years of oxidative aging at Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera.

Taste guide: full-bodied, sultana and raisin, walnut, dark chocolate and a hint of spice.

How to serve: serve at 13 -14ºC (55 - 57ºF) with hard or matured cheeses, red meats, game dishes, stews and other rich meat dishes. Also lovely as a sipping digestif.
