La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Blanche

A clear "Blanche" absinthe in the pre-ban "La Bleue" style once distilled in France and Switzerland, made from grand wormwood and ten other botanicals individually distilled at Cherry Rocher near Lyon, then blended. Crystal clear, louching chalky white with water, showing pungent fresh anise over fennel and licorice with a subdued green-herbal note. Serve two parts water to one; no sugar needed.
