The best-known hazelnut liqueur, from Piedmont, made from toasted hazelnuts distilled and infused with cacao, coffee and vanilla, then oak-aged, in its friar's-cassock bottle. Showing toasted hazelnut over mocha coffee, vanilla and cocoa, biscuity and smooth. Contains nuts.
