Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters

Drawn from the bitter oils in grapefruit skin, and launched by Fee Brothers at Tales of the Cocktail in 2007.

Pink grapefruit zest and juice on the palate, starting bittersweet and finishing cleansingly bitter. Glycerin-based, as the whole Fee Brothers range is. Good in a Paloma, a gin drink, or anywhere a Highball needs sharpening.
