Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka

The classic Polish bison grass vodka, flavored with Hierochloe Odorata (bison grass), hand-harvested each June, with a blade of the grass laid in every bottle and lending a pale green tinge. Aromatic and delicate, showing grassy jasmine tea, vanilla and lavender over a light white pepper. Famously served with cloudy apple juice, and lovely in an Apple Grass.
