Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin

A robust navy-strength gin from the Hayman family, whose forebears supplied a high-strength gin to the Royal Navy's dockyard at Deptford from 1863, the strength ensuring gunpowder would still light if a barrel leaked. Bottled at 57%, it shows piney juniper, candied ginger and zesty lemon over nutty angelica. Big and punchy; superb in a Gimlet or a Martini.
