Cockburn's Fine Ruby Port

Bright, juicy and generous, this is the ruby Cockburn's cheerfully calls the port that never says no.

The house has been shipping port from the Douro since 1815 and owns some of the largest vineyard holdings in the region. Fine Ruby blends young wines from several harvests and rests them two to three years in wood, just long enough to soften the edges while keeping the deep red color and fresh red fruit intact. Expect raspberry, plum and a little spice, sweet and full bodied. Pour it with blue cheese or chocolate cake, or put it to work in a Port and Tonic or a Porto Flip.
