Heering Cherry Liqueur

A cherry liqueur made to an 1818 recipe from Copenhagen, from Danish Stevns cherries crushed with their stones (for a hint of almond), spiced and aged at least three years in oak. Deep red and rich, showing stewed cherry and cherry jam over a woody spice and a faint almond note. Essential to a Singapore Sling.
