Bigallet China-China Liqueur

A complex French orange amer made by Bigallet since 1875, from macerated sweet and bitter orange peels re-distilled with gentian and spices, and colored with caramel. Showing bitter orange peel and marmalade over licorice, cardamom and cinnamon spice. Long and characterful, and a classic stand-in for Amer Picon in a Brooklyn or a Liberal.
