Campari Bitter Liqueur

An unmistakable, vibrantly red Italian bitter, and a contemporary classic at the heart of some of the world's best-loved cocktails. Gaspare Campari mixed the first in his Milan cellar in the 1860s, and the secret recipe of herbs, fruit and spices has stayed closely guarded ever since.

Its herbaceous, orange-peel bitterness and lightly syrupy sweetness are the taste of the Milanese aperitivo. It's essential in a Negroni or an Americano, and lovely on its own with soda and a slice of orange.
