Amaro Montenegro

A softer, fruitier Italian amaro created in 1885 by the herbalist Stanislao Cobianchi, built on forty botanicals including licorice root, nutmeg and sweet and bitter oranges. Sweeter and lighter than most amari, showing zesty orange and cherry over coriander, vanilla and clove, with a gently bitter, citrus finish.
